Working with Spring
As a member of Spring Childcare Agency, you will have the exciting opportunity to work in a number of our client’s nurseries in the York and surrounding area on the days that suit you.
You will be part of a valued team providing outstanding care to the nursery children and day-to-day support to the staff across the nurseries for children aged 0-4 years old.
We also have a number of nurseries that require cover in their out-of-school and holiday clubs which is a great benefit for parents or carers working with us at Spring Childcare.
We will work with you to determine the days you are available to work and match that with the support needed by our clients. Temporary assignments can be as short as one day up to several weeks at a time. Wherever possible, we will try to confirm assignment dates 1 week in advance, but we also provide a rapid response service to our clients to help cover the unplanned need for staff such as sickness or absences.
We welcome applications from anyone who may not be qualified but has a tonne of childcare experience, as well as part-qualified and fully-qualified Practitioners.
Pay, benefits & perks
Level 1: £11.65 p/h (Unqualified but with proven work experience in a childcare setting)
Level 2: £11.85 p/h (Qualified Level 3)
